Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email or visit your local Ted's Cameras store with your original tax invoice to begin the return authorization process.
- 2.Package Your Gear
Carefully pack the camera equipment in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all manuals, lens caps, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship or Drop Off
Send your package via a tracked courier service to our central warehouse or hand it over to one of our in-store experts for immediate inspection.
- 4.Assessment and Refund
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
