It records 48kHz 24-bit audio with three voice tone presets (Regular, Rich, and Bright) to shape your sound without post-processing, and two-level noise cancellation (Basic for quiet indoor environments, Strong for noisy locations) to keep voices front and centre. Automatic limiting prevents clipping when audio peaks unexpectedly, and a safety track mode records a second channel at −6dB as a backup — essential for live events and interviews where you only get one shot.
The DJI Mic Mini Receiver connects to cameras, smartphones, computers, and tablets via USB-C or 3.5mm TRS, and supports mixed device transmission — pairing with both DJI Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 transmitters simultaneously. For DJI Osmo devices (Pocket 3, Action 6, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano), transmitters connect directly via DJI OsmoAudio without needing the receiver at all. Transmission range reaches up to 400 metres. Battery life runs to 11.5 hours on each transmitter and 10.5 hours on the receiver, with fast charging delivering around an hour of use from just 5 minutes on charge.
